What happens if you can't recover my data?

You receive a full £395 refund. No deductions, no admin fees. The only exception is if you send a device where the passcode is unknown and recovery is therefore impossible — please contact us before sending if you are unsure about your passcode.
Do you need my passcode?

On iPhones running iOS 17 or later with Stolen Device Protection enabled, your passcode is required — without it the Secure Enclave cannot decrypt your data and recovery is not possible. On older devices or those without SDP active, options may be available. Contact us before sending if you are unsure.
How long does recovery take?

Standard service is up to 4 weeks from receipt of your device. If you need it faster, our rush service guarantees a 3-day turnaround for £595 total. Rush availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
My phone was already taken to a repair shop — can you still help?

Sometimes — but prior repair attempts can complicate or in some cases prevent recovery. Please tell us honestly about any previous attempts when submitting your case. We would rather know upfront than discover it mid-diagnosis.
How is my data returned?

Your recovered data is saved to a USB drive and returned with your original device via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will also include instructions on how to restore your files to a new iPhone if needed.
Is my data kept private?

We access your device only to the extent required to perform the recovery. Your data is never copied, stored beyond the job, or shared with any third party. All devices are handled with strict confidentiality.
My phone has been in water for a while — is it too late?

Liquid damage recovery gets harder the longer the device sits — corrosion spreads across the board over time. We will always assess honestly, but please don't delay. The sooner you send it the better your chances.
